The Burton Ranch House is located just outside of the quaint town of Burton, Texas on secluded acreage where the deer play, the birds sing and people unplug from the stresses of life. You can enjoy the hiking trails, fishing, bird watching, star gazing as well as visit local area shops and cuisine. Bring your boat! Lake Somerville is just around the corner with eleven boat ramps, seven parks and two private floating marinas that provide plenty of lake access for water recreation.
The Burton Ranch House has plenty of room for the whole family with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, sleeping up to eight guests. The great room has a fireplace with big cozy couches and a big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is seating for eight if you plan to cook meals. Also, there is a charcoal BBQ grill available as well as a fire pit for roasting hot dogs and marshmallows.
The Burton Ranch House is in the middle of it all but tucked away from the beaten path. From Houston or Austin you can be in Burton in 90 minutes. Brenham and Round Top are only 20 minutes away! The town of Burton is the home of the Cotton Gin Museum, and many local restaurants and wineries.
