Fitness 1440 is a 24-hour gym facility. You get sophisticated equipment as well as personal trainers at this gym. The Fitness 1440 group believes in motivating entire communities to mobilize and energize one another.

The Gym Facilities

The gym is divided into different zones for different types of workouts. There are different zones for personal training, group exercise, cardio workout, sauna, and zen studio. There are full locker rooms with showers and changing rooms for members’ convenience.

They have all equipment like full cardio pieces with stair steppers, incline trainers, and rowers. They have selectorized pieces. They have a full free-weight area containing dumbbells and barbells. There are classes for groups.

They have a 1440 square foot (1.34 a) turf area that contains kettlebells, slam balls, and foam rollers. You can do ball slams, rope climbs, and agility training here. They have recently doubled their free weight area.

Their new free weight area consists of two new half racks with bumper plates, double the dumbbells, and a new hack squat. Their group X room features a turf area made of hardwood floor and floor-to-ceiling mirrors. There are bikes and body pump equipment. They have a personal training program TFGU.

The Fitness 1440 offers classes for Zumba’spinning, senior citizens, and kids. Their Target24 classes are done in 24 minutes. People with any fitness level can participate in these classes which are led by a trainer. These classes guide participants to stay in proper heart rate zones so that they can maximize their metabolic output.

Social impact

Fitness 1440 places emphasis on empowering communities. This sets them apart from other gyms. Each of their clubs supports local programs to empower the community. Their partner Sweat Angels makes a donation to a great cause every time a gym member checks in to the local gym’s Facebook page.
